1. What is the cost?
    Tickets start at $200, patron packages are $475 and benefactor packages are $875. Patron and benefactor packages include tickets to the Auto Show and parking. (To purchase tickets, click here)
  2. How much are tickets at the door?
    There is no increase in ticket prices at the door.
  3. How much of the ticket cost is tax deductible?
    For every ticket purchased, $98 is tax-deductible.
  4. What is the attire?
    Dress to be photographed in black tie attire. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. Sometimes the building can be chilly so women may want a light jacket or wrap.
  5. What time does the event start/end?
    The event runs from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  6. Are children allowed at the event?
    Children are not encouraged to attend although children under two will be admitted free of charge. Children over the age of two need a ticket for admission and there is no discount ticket price for children.
  7. Where is parking?
    Parking is available at the Parkway Convention Center Garages at 11th and Arch Street and 12th and Filbert Street. Entrances to the Convention Center are located at 11th and Arch Street and 12th and Arch Street or via the Marriott Bridge.
  8. How much does it cost to park?
    $16 flat rate in the participating designated lots. This rate is not valid for overnight parking.
  9. Is the event a sit-down dinner?
    No, it is a movable cocktail party on the floor of the Auto Show. There are unreserved tables and chairs set up throughout the event.
  10. Who is the entertainment?
    Dance to the sounds of Jellyroll from 9 to 11:30 p.m. in the Grand Hall.
  11. What type of music?
    There will be dancing in the Grand Hall and other music throughout the event.
  12. Is the entire Auto Show open that night?
    Yes!
  13. Who is the beneficiary?
    The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia through the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation.
