Proceeds support the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation’s $2 million pledge for construction and maintenance of its Patient Welcome Center in the Pediatric Ambulatory Care Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Parking

Parking is available at the Parkway Convention Center Garages at 11th and Arch Street and 12th and Filbert Street for a flat rate of $16 (not valid for overnight parking). Entrances to the Convention Center are located at 11th and Arch Street and 12th and Arch Street or via the Marriott Bridge.

Gala Highlights

7 to 9 p.m. in Hall D (ground level of the Convention Center) – Cocktails, champagne and light hors d’oeuvres will be served, sponsored by Hyundai Motor America, Kia Motors America – Eastern Region, and Mazda North America.

7 to 10 p.m. in Halls A, B and C (second level of the Convention Center) dine on heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, sponsored by Acura, Chrysler, Quality Plus Ford Dealers, General Motors, Lincoln Mercury Dealers, Subaru, Volvo Cars and Area Volkswagen Dealers.

9 to 11:30 p.m. Finish off your evening with dessert and dancing in the Grand Hall featuring luxury automobiles from Lexus and Mercedes-Benz and with dessert and coffee in the Grand Ballroom sponsored by Audi of America and Infiniti.

Tickets to Black Tie Tailgate are available to the public starting at $200 each.
